2EZ Automotive Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to 2EZ Automotive! Please read the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using our services. By authorizing us to perform automotive repair or related services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.


Authorization to Perform Work

By submitting your vehicle to 2EZ Automotive for repair or service, you authorize 2EZ Automotive to inspect, diagnose, and perform necessary repairs, maintenance, or services as deemed appropriate. You also grant us permission to operate and drive your vehicle for purposes of testing or evaluating the repair work, moving the vehicle within our premises and driving to external facilities as needed.


Estimates and Payments

The estimate for services provided by 2EZ Automotive is subject to change based on the findings upon further inspection of your vehicle. If additional repairs are necessary or if the scope of work changes, we will notify you and obtain your authorization before proceeding with any additional work or charges.


  • Written Estimates: We will provide an estimate of the costs for labor, parts, and services. However, actual costs may vary depending on the complexity of the repair or any unforeseen issues discovered during the repair process.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the services or repairs, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept most credit cards and cash. Checks may be accepted at the discretion of 2EZ Automotive.


Customer’s Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, including any known issues or conditions. It is also the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in a safe condition for us to perform work. If you wish to remove any personal items from the vehicle, please do so before leaving it with us. 2EZ Automotive is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle.


Disclaimers for Damages, Lost or Stolen Items


  • Vehicle Damage: While 2EZ Automotive takes great care in handling your vehicle, we are not liable for any damages.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: 2EZ Automotive is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle while in our possession. We strongly recommend that you remove any valuables from the vehicle prior to leaving it with us.


Liability Disclaimer

2EZ Automotive will exercise reasonable care in performing all services. However, the company is not liable for:


  • Pre-existing Conditions: Damage resulting from existing conditions prior to service.
  • Unrelated Issues: Any issues not related to the specific repairs performed.
  • Vehicle Modifications: Damage caused by modifications or repairs performed by the customer or other service providers.
  • No Guarantee of Specific Results: 2EZ Automotive makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of repairs or the specific performance of parts. The nature of automotive repair can involve unforeseen complications, and we will communicate any such issues with you promptly.
  • Customer Liability: The Customer agrees to hold 2EZ Automotive harmless for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, any costs, losses, or damages arising from delays, vehicle breakdowns, or failure to perform.


Authorization for Towing (If Applicable)

In cases where a vehicle needs to be towed to 2EZ Automotive for repair, you authorize us to arrange for the towing service at your expense. Towing charges, if applicable, will be added to your final bill.


Right to Refuse Service

2EZ Automotive reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including, but not limited to:


  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior towards staff.
  • Non-compliance with these terms of service.
  • Failure to settle outstanding invoices.


Changes to Terms of Service

2EZ Automotive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes to these terms will be effective upon posting on our website or providing written notice to you.


Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Glynn county, GA.


Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and 2EZ Automotive and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.


By authorizing work to be performed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement.


2EZ Automotive Limited Warranty

At 2EZ Automotive, we stand behind the quality of our work. Our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality automotive repair services and give you peace of mind long after you leave our shop. To demonstrate our commitment, we offer the following Limited Warranty on eligible repairs and parts.


Warranty Coverage

2EZ Automotive (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Limited Warranty for the specific automotive repair services and parts listed on your final invoice. This warranty is extended only to the original customer named on the invoice and is non-transferable.


We warrant that the covered repairs and installed parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the applicable warranty period described below.


Warranty Period

  • Parts Warranty: 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of service.
  • Labor Warranty: 24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of service.


What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:


  • Defects in new parts supplied and installed by 2EZ Automotive during the repair service.
  • Labor related to the reinstallation or repair of the defective part, provided the original repair was performed by us.


If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:


  • Repair the defective part or service at no additional cost, or
  • Replace the defective part with a new or remanufactured part of equivalent quality, or
  • Refund the cost of the defective repair.


What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover the following:


  • Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance (e.g., brake pads, oil changes, filters, wiper blades).
  • Parts or repairs not listed on the original invoice.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper maintenance, racing, off-road use, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage resulting from continued operation after a defect becomes apparent.
  • Repairs performed or parts installed by another shop or individual after the date of service.
  • Towing, transportation, rental car, lodging, or other incidental costs associated with a warranty claim.


Customer Responsibilities

To receive warranty service, customers must:


  • Retain and present the original repair invoice when making a warranty claim.
  • Notify 2EZ Automotive as soon as a potential warranty-related issue is discovered.
  • Return the vehicle to our facility for inspection and warranty evaluation.


Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of warranty coverage.


Limitation of Liability

This warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any defect in repairs or parts provided by 2EZ Automotive. We expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original cost of the repair service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, loss of income, or property damage.


Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia in which 2EZ Automotive operates. Any disputes or claims related to the invoicing process shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Glynn county, GA.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and 2EZ Automotive and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.

2EZ Automotive Invoicing Terms of Service Agreement

These Invoicing Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the issuance of invoices for services rendered by 2EZ Automotive. By accepting services from 2EZ Automotive, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions related to invoicing and payment.


Invoice Issuance and Payment Terms

  • Invoice Delivery: 2EZ Automotive will issue an invoice upon completion of the services or repairs performed on your vehicle. The invoice will include a detailed breakdown of charges for labor, parts, and any additional fees incurred.
  • Due Date: Payment for the full amount of the invoice is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you have been provided with a credit account, the payment terms will be stated separately.
  • Late Payment: Any invoices not paid within 5 days from the due date will be subject to a late fee of 3% of the total invoice amount per month. After 30 days, 2EZ Automotive reserves the right to suspend future services or take further action, including referring the account to collections, to recover the outstanding balance.


Accepted Payment Methods

All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Payments may be made using the following methods:



  • Bank transfer (for approved customers)
  • Cash
  • Check or cashier’s check may be accepted with approval.
  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Other payment methods as mutually agreed upon


Partial Payments

Partial payments are not permitted.


Billing Discrepancies and Disputes

  • Discrepancy Resolution: If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please notify 2EZ Automotive in writing within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. We will review the discrepancy and work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  • Disputes: If a dispute arises regarding the invoice, payment terms, or any associated fees, you agree to communicate with us directly to resolve the matter. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, 2EZ Automotive reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover the payment.


Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds: Any refunds for overpayment, returned parts, or service adjustments will be issued at the sole discretion of 2EZ Automotive. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 20 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
  • Credits: In certain cases, 2EZ Automotive may offer credits to your account for future services. These credits will be issued at the discretion of management and will be subject to expiration dates or other limitations.


Ownership of Parts and Services

  • Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed upon, any parts or services provided to you are considered property of 2EZ Automotive until payment is made in full. If payment is not received within 30 days, 2EZ Automotive reserves the right to take possession of any parts or place a mechanic lien for services rendered.


Account Suspension or Termination

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of services or termination of future agreements. In cases of non-payment, 2EZ Automotive reserves the right to refer overdue accounts to a third-party collection agency or take legal action to recover any outstanding debts, along with any associated collection fees.


Collection Costs

If any invoice is referred for collection, the Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney fees, court costs, and any other expenses incurred by 2EZ Automotive in recovering the debt.


Changes to Invoicing Terms

2EZ Automotive reserves the right to modify these invoicing terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer, and the revised terms will be effective upon posting on our website or providing written notice to the Customer.


Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes or claims related to the invoicing process shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Glynn county, GA.


Severability
